- Each Zoom session lasts approximately 1 hour, providing a comprehensive yet manageable learning experience for both you and your pup.
3. Do I need any special equipment for the online classes?
- No special equipment is required. A stable internet connection, a device with a camera (computer, tablet, or smartphone), and a dedicated space for training your puppy are all you need.
4. What training techniques are covered in the classes?
- The classes focus on fundamental commands such as sit, stay, and leave it. Positive reinforcement methods are emphasized to create a happy and engaged learning environment. We also explain parvo and socialization.
5. Can I enroll more than one puppy in the same class?
- While we encourage individual attention for each pup, if you have multiple puppies, we recommend enrolling them separately to ensure personalized training for each.
6. How much time should I dedicate to homework each week?
- We recommend spending approximately 15-20 minutes per day on the provided homework exercises. Consistency is key to reinforcing the lessons learned during the online sessions.
7. What if I miss a live session?
- No worries! Recordings of each session will be made available to participants, allowing you to catch up at a time that suits you best.
8. Is there ongoing support after the classes end?
- Yes, absolutely! You'll gain access to our private Next Gen ACS Puppy Facebook page, where you can continue to connect with trainers and fellow puppy parents, share experiences, and seek advice.
9. Are refunds available if I need to cancel my enrollment?
